Circle City Hookah specializes in a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, business partnerships, venues, private parties, outdoor get togethers, and cultural celebrations. Our services are designed to enhance the ambiance of any occasion.
It is quite easy.
To book our services, simply complete our booking form or give us a call. You must book your catering event at least 3 days ahead of the scheduled date. We'll discuss your event details, preferences, and any customizations you desire. Once confirmed, we'll secure your date and gather and provide all necessary information. After all details are confirmed, you will receive a terms and agreement form, confirmation email, and a link to pay your deposit. We accept Paypal or via our website.
Yes.
All deposits are required for catered event within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email for an event. Your deposit will be half of your total balance. Deposits are refundable if your reservation is canceled at least 48 hours ahead of the scheduled time of the event. The remaining balance and or additional charges (if applicable) will be due 24 hours after the conclusion of your event. For deliveries, payment will be due in full before delivery.

We offer tobacco and nicotine-free alternatives for those who prefer a non-tobacco & nicotine free experience. Menu coming soon! Our goal is to accommodate diverse preferences and provide an enjoyable experience for all guests. Please indicate in our booking form if your party would prefer tobacco and nicotine free shisha.

After you book through our booking form and let us know you want to select one of our delivery packages. We set up a time to drop off and set up all the necessary equipment to you and answer any questions you have.
Yes and no!
We will confirm the person booking the event is 18 years or older. After booking we will make sure to gather all necessary information regarding the equipment that is available at your venue and what is accessible in order for a smooth set up.
If you cancel within 48hrs of booking, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel anytime within 48hrs of you scheduled event time, your deposit will be forfeited.
Absolutely! If you do not see what you are looking for on our page, you can talk with our staff and we will work together to make sure your package includes everything you need, including custom shisha blends. Info@CircleCityHookah.com
We are working on it. While our primary focus is on hookah catering, we will soon offer additional rental services such as chairs, tables, games, and a variety of other fun rentals to livin' up any event!
